A mezzanine overlooks the dining and lounge areas and opens onto a private terrace with sea views. The kitchen has ceramic flooring and granite worktops and features a centre island. Adjacent there is a staff bedroom suite with separate entrance. A hallway to the right of the entrance hall leads to the master bedroom that boasts high wooden ceilings, a bay window, a dressing room and a fireplace, and has direct access to a terrace. This terrace is slightly elevated from the garden and has a “pergola” and an outdoor Jacuzzi. The bathroom of the master suite has also Jacuzzi, a shower cubicle and a separate w.c. There are two further en-suite guest bedrooms which open onto the garden. All three bedrooms are south facing. On the upper level, two south facing en-suite bedrooms open to a balcony with sea views.
